Our purchase went very smoothly—nearly seamless with DRHorton for sales, and DHI Mortgage as lender, they even had the home insurance company to use, and we did.  It was easy.  We bought the property sight unseen, but will be visiting over spring break.  I am making arrangements with our property management service, GO Renter.com.  They had the home rented and tenants moved in eleven days from closing.  They have a 12-month lease, and I expect the rent to go up after that.  Right now we are at a slight negative cash flow, but I expect to be breaking even next year.  I feel confident that the homes in the Maricopa area will appreciate.  Roger, you were a huge help in conducting our walk-thru.  Thanks again.   ~Dawn Johnson
