
Roger Cram grew up on a large farm in a small community in Southern Minnesota. After obtaining a degree in agriculture he went back to college and graduated from Minnesota State University with Bachelor Degrees in both Finance and Insurance/Real Estate. After visiting his parents who had been vacationing in Arizona, he discovered he liked Arizona so much that he decided to move there immediately upon graduation.
For more than twenty years, Roger has been successful in the Phoenix area. After becoming a high producing loan officer in the early 1990’s, Roger decided to start his own mortgage company and obtained his mortgage broker’s license. His company funded $70 million of loans annually. Roger served as a board member of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers from 1996-2000 and has served as the Valley Chapter President and Vice President. Roger was awarded “Manager of the Year” in 1997 and in 1999 was awarded the prestigious “Mortgage Broker of the Year” by his peers. After running a successful mortgage company, he added real estate and insurance to his list of accomplishments.
Roger has also worked as a new home sales agent for KB Home, one of the nation’s top builders. In 2002 he closed more homes than anyone else in Arizona for KB Home. Roger’s approach was to facilitate credit challenged buyers and put them into a credit building/repair program to enable them to purchase a home. Roger developed contacts and relationships within the industry to get clients into communities at ground level with the most profit potential. Working for the builder enabled Roger to analyze all aspects of how a national builder operates, from land acquisition to construction.
Roger has transitioned from working with local sales agents and first time homebuyers to working with investors and going directly to developers from across the United States, Mexico and Central America. Developers are quick to realize that he has a vast following of investors and seek his advice on new developments entering the market. He currently maintains relationships with developers in several states and other countries who sell new construction homes, condos, hotel-condos, and lots, as well as commercial properties and multi-unit properties to investors.
Most recently, Roger has enjoyed being a guest speaker at various events offering his expertise on real estate investing. He actively speaks to real estate investment clubs and large real estate offices around the country. Having worked with 1,000’s of investors for several years, he has used his knowledge, experience and expertise to make countless investors wealthy and has been welcomed into the investing world.
